The ecosystem

Everyone their own screen, all the same file.

The tradesperson updates the file, the architect reviews and shares it, the client approves — each on their own screen. Two apps, three roles, one shared file, zero misunderstandings. And if there's no architect on the project? Everything works exactly the same, directly between the tradesperson and their client.

Our answer

Two apps, one project. One app for the pros, one for the client — connected to the same file. Everyone on a given project sees the same information, updated in real time. No more conflicting versions, no more information getting lost.

Real benefits

What changes for everyone

For the tradesperson

One place for the whole project. No more scattered WhatsApp threads. The log stands as proof in a dispute. Compliant B2B invoicing, automatically.

For the homeowner

They see how their work is progressing, in real time, from their phone. They approve each step and access all their documents in one click.

For the architect

They coordinate their contractors on every project from a single interface. They bring everyone into the ecosystem, frictionlessly. Their dedicated page →

What only SyneraBTP does

Construction software equips the pro — quotes, invoices, scheduling — and stops there. SyneraBTP is built from the ground up for both sides of the project: one app for the pro, one app for the client, a single shared file updated in real time. The value is simple: fewer misunderstandings, disputes avoided, projects that move forward — for everyone.

The platform

SyneraBTP, concretely

Beyond the two apps, a shared foundation built for the projects of small and mid-sized businesses.

01

A single file

Photos, plans, quotes, invoices, messages: everything lives in a single project file — the shared source of truth for every stakeholder.

02

Everything is tracked

Every action is timestamped and archived. The file becomes the project's memory — useful day to day, invaluable in a dispute.

03

Each their own role

Tradesperson, architect, client, subcontractor: each accesses the same file with their own permissions — no more, no less.

04

Built for the field

Usable one-handed, on mobile, between two trowel strokes. A field tool, not an office ERP.

05

Hosted in France

Data hosted in France, GDPR compliance, legal archiving. Your projects stay yours.

06

Zero re-entry

The two apps are connected: information entered once is up to date everywhere, instantly.

Roadmap

A four-phase rollout

Phase 1 — Field
The core, validated in the field

A tight first version: timestamped site log, centralized messaging, coordination. Deployed with a test group of construction businesses.

Phase 2 — Launch
Two apps, one file

SyneraBTP Pro and MonChantier go live. Shared file in real time. B2B Factur-X / UBL invoicing enabled natively.

Phase 3 — Trust
Legal signature and payment built in

eIDAS QES signatures with EU legal value, and payments orchestrated directly from both apps.

Phase 4 — Business
The tool that runs the whole business

Inventory management, team scheduling, resource allocation. An independent tradesperson runs their entire business from a single interface.

The founder

A life in construction before even working in it

Maxence Fontaine-Pietri
Founder & President — mason trained at the Compagnons du Devoir — Corsica

Construction, for me, isn't an industry I chose. It's a world I grew up in, shaped by two figures who, each in their own way, passed something essential on to me.

My paternal grandfather was an interior architect. I went with him to his sites, looked at the plans spread across the table, listened to the exchanges between him and the tradespeople. He taught me, without ever formally teaching it, that building is as much a discipline as an art.

My maternal grandfather was a plumber. He had his own company and loved his trade. These stories have stayed with me since childhood, like a silent inheritance. There's something in SyneraBTP that belongs to him too.

My first memory rooted in this world: I'm five or six. They let me climb into one of the largest mobile cranes on the island. I remember the metal, the height, the noise of the machines. That's the day something settled in me.

When I passed my brevet, my mother offered me a trip as a gift. I chose to go to Batimat, the international building trade show. A few years later, I became a mason with the Compagnons du Devoir.

My first site is etched in memory: the Nice Observatory, designed by Charles Garnier and Gustave Eiffel. My journey with the Compagnons began between Nice and Marseille, then took me to Rennes, Angers and Mouans-Sartoux, before bringing me back to Corsica. Along the way, I worked in many churches, from the Nice area to Brittany. I then moved through several companies — and as many different sites.

Across companies and sites, I always ran into the same friction. Information getting lost. Misunderstandings. Clients left in the dark. It isn't a matter of willingness — there was simply no single, shared place.

SyneraBTP is the tool I would have wanted myself on every site I worked on. Not a complex ERP — a simple field tool you can open on your phone between two trowel strokes.
