Data collected
When you fill in the waitlist form, we collect:
- your first name;
- your email address;
- your profile (tradesperson, architect, construction company, homeowner, etc.);
- where applicable, the free-text message you send us.
No sensitive data is collected. You are never required to provide information other than this.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to:
- manage your registration on the beta waitlist;
- contact you before the service opens;
- keep you informed of the progress of the SyneraBTP project.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), obtained when you sign up. You may withdraw it at any time.
Recipients
Your data is for the sole use of SyneraBTP. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting & location
Data is hosted by Domaine.fr, on infrastructure located in France (OVH servers, Roubaix), within the European Union. No data is transferred outside the EU.
Retention period
Your data is kept until the service launches, then for a maximum of 3 years from our last contact, or until you withdraw your consent if that happens sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us at synerabtp.maxencefp@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr.

SyneraBTP implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
